Expectations & Requirements
You must agree to use safety tools for your games.
You must run a minimum # of games during the con to receive a free badge for the event. This number is equal to the number of days the convention runs. IE - if a con runs for three days, we require three games. If it runs for four days, we require four, and so on.
We do not cover travel or housing expenses unless otherwise noted on a case-by-case basis for specific conventions.

Past Events We’ve Run
Virtual Horror Con
Virtual Horror Con (VHC) was born in April 2020, a beacon of horror and community during the COVID-19 pandemic. At the first virtual TTRPG convention, VHC brought fans together and raised funds for a critical cause – the World Health Organization’s COVID Relief Fund.
The legacy of charitable giving continues to be a cornerstone of VHC. Over the years, the convention has surpassed the $20,000 mark in donations, supporting worthy organizations like Black Girls Code and the Don’t Be A Monster cause. VHC proves that even amidst the chills and thrills, horror fans have a heart of gold.
Onyx Path Virtual Gaming Convention
In 2020, we partnered with Onyx Path Publishing to create their first-ever gaming convention – a fully digital experience brought to life during the COVID-19 pandemic. This event provided a platform for Onyx Path fans and players worldwide to connect, celebrate their shared passion, and delve deeper into the worlds they love.
The event not only delivered entertainment but also gave back. Proceeds benefited two worthy causes – the Thurgood Marshall College Fund and The Bodhana Group.
Save Against Fear (SAFe) Con
The Bodhana Group, a non-profit championing the use of therapeutic gaming, also pivoted in 2020, with the physical iteration of their annual fundraising convention, Save Against Fear (SAFe) Con, out of the question. We partnered with The Bodhana Group to convert their fundraising event into a completely virtual experience.
The online SAFe Con exceeded expectations, attracting a wider audience and surpassing fundraising goals set for previous in-person events.
Brighten the Day is a 24-hour charity fundraising event we host annually on November 8th on Twitch.tv/GehennaGaming to raise funds for a local hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Hosted in memory of Gehenna founder Ian and his partner Ellie’s son Cillian, this fundraiser goes directly to help the Emory Johns Creek NICU purchase equipment needed to maintain and improve the quality of care it offers premature infants and other newborns in need born at the hospital. Launched in 2021, the fundraiser has helped raise over $7,400 for the hospital.
Begun in 2023, Camp Gehenna is a semi-annual tabletop convention and “summer camp” style event hosted by Gehenna Gaming to bring lovers of TTRPGs and the great outdoors together. Part convention, part live-action role-playing (LARP) event, Camp Gehenna is a self-styled “immersive horror retreat hosted in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.”
Taking inspiration from Appalachian folklore, the event hosts a horror summer camp experience like no other, which fans have described as “three thrilling days of mystery and terror.”

What do Corporate TTRPG Teambuilding Events look like?
Hiring us to run a corporate TTRPG event for your business comes with a number of white glove services.
Pre-Event Planning:
Needs Assessment - We work with you to understand your team's goals, size, and experience level with tabletop RPGs.
Scenario Design - Our team crafts a custom one-shot scenario specifically tailored to your desired team-building objectives (e.g., communication, problem-solving, leadership, action under pressure, etc.).
Character Creation - We provide guidance and assistance in creating characters that are easy to learn and fun to play, or bring custom-designed pre-generated characters for your employees to choose from, ensuring everyone feels comfortable participating.
Logistics Management - We secure a venue (if needed), provide all necessary gaming materials (dice, character sheets, rulebooks), and set up the playing space.
Event Day Services:
Session Zero - Our team facilitates engaging warm-up exercises to introduce everyone to tabletop RPGs (if they are unfamiliar), discuss safety tools and boundary setting, review characters and expectations for the game, and kick off the event with a collaborative atmosphere.
Game Facilitation - Expert GMs lead the tabletop RPG session(s), ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.
Debriefing and Feedback - After the games, we facilitate a debriefing session to discuss key takeaways, reinforce team-building concepts, and gather feedback for future events.
